By accessing our website or booking a repair service through Nayara Dial, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service request.

1. Service Booking & Field Visits

• Service Request: All bookings made through our online form, call, or WhatsApp are subject to technician availability in your specified location.
• Visiting Charges: A standard minimum inspection/visiting fee applies if the customer decides not to proceed with the suggested repair after the technician diagnoses the appliance fault.

2. Repair Warranty & Spare Parts

• Service Warranty: We offer a limited-period service warranty (as specified in your final bill, typically up to 90 days) on the specific issue repaired by our technicians.
• Exclusions: The warranty will become void if the appliance is opened, modified, or repaired by any third-party local technician after our service visit.
• Genuine Parts: Replacement of internal component spare parts will be charged extra and carried out only after receiving verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payment Terms: All service, repair, and component charges must be paid immediately upon the successful completion of the job task.
• Modes of Payment: We accept cash, online UPI transfers (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), or direct bank transfers as presented by the service representative.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Nayara Dial takes utmost care while performing repair services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing internal damages, electronic circuit component aging breakdowns, or accidental short circuits that happen during rigorous component diagnosis.
• Customers are advised to secure valuables and monitor the work location area while the on-field technician performs appliance disassembly or physical testing.
